Accounts & Authentication

Accounts use email + password sign-in. Passwords are never stored by us directly; authentication is handled by our backend provider, which stores credentials as salted hashes. Access to the Documents area additionally requires a member role that must be granted by a chapter administrator.

Information We Collect

• Account info: email address and (optional) full name.
• Membership application info you choose to submit on the Join page.

How Data Is Protected

• Row-level security policies restrict each record to its owner or to chapter administrators.
• Member-only documents are gated by a server-side role check, not by the browser.
• All traffic to this site is served over HTTPS.
